Project
TransISTor – Transdisciplinary Training in Information Society Technologies and Storytelling Media Creation aims to offer trans-disciplinary and experimental insights into some of the advanced multimedia technologies which underpin contemporary audiovisual productions. TransISTor focuses on the emerging, specifically computer games-related technologies while opening up their creative potential also for non-gaming storytelling domains, including cinema, TV, educational applications and cross-media productions connecting different multimedia platforms.

CIANT is a non-governmental non-profit organization which has been developing research, production, presentation, and educational activities in the area of new media since 1998. The goal of its activities is to create conditions for cooperation between artists and technicians on artistic projects connecting elements of creative and scenic art with digital media and the Internet. Most of its activities have their origin in research and artistic experimenting with new interfaces, motion capture systems, and virtual reality technologies. CIANT plays the role of an intermediary between Academies of Arts, Technical Universities and other NGOs which are active in the area of education, research and culture.
